Mechanical Maitenance

Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of warehouse equipment. Maintain material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, dock levelers, conveyors, and hydraulic equipment. Inspect and repair mechanical systems, motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical faults and resolve equipment issues promptly. Ensure all warehouse equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Maintain maintenance schedules and complete preventive maintenance as planned. Coordinate with operations to minimize equipment downtime. Monitor the condition of machinery and recommend repairs or replacements. Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history. Ensure adequate inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance tools.
