Pressure Die Casting Machine Mechanical Maintenance Technician ensures optimal performance and minimizes downtime for High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) machines through scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting hydraulics/mechanics, and rapid breakdown repairs. They maintain critical systems like pumps, solenoids.


Requirements

  • Preventive Maintenance Perform daily, weekly, and monthly PM on die-casting machines and auxiliary equipment (ladles, sprayers, extractors) to prevent breakdowns.
  • Diagnose, disassemble, and repair mechanical and hydraulic components (pumps, cylinders, valves) of PDC machines.
  • Breakdown Maintenance Act quickly on machine failures to minimize production downtime.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics (pumps, cylinders, solenoids), pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
