Your New Role

Whilst working as a Die Maintenance Technician your core duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Works on Die servicing and sees process through to check sheetpletion • Oversees Manufacturing has spare Dies • Supports Manufacturing for breakdowns • Perform all duties associated with Die Maintenance • Identify and correct Die problems independently • Co-ordinate, control and carry out Die modifications RSV or Gate changes etc. • Spotting of Dies, Wear Plates and Inserts (small or changeable) • Perform all welding assignments without direction • Operate ECC machine, Hydraulic press shot blasting equipment, overhead cranes & fork lift trucks • Operate burning & welding equipment • Understandpany drawings & drawing tolerances • Recognise and correct p...
