Job Description
Take responsibility for maintenance, repair, and improvement of mechanical and electrical systems, including bag-making machines, blow molding machines, printing machines, laminating machines, and auxiliary equipment.
Ensure all production machines operate smoothly and efficiently; promptly troubleshoot and fix technical issues during shifts.
Collaborate with other departments to improve production performance and reduce downtime.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
