Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Canada (Relocation Support Available)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a unionized maintenance team and contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, holding team members accountable to established standards
• Coordinate and execute preventive and routine maintenance activities in collaboration with operations and planning teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, cost reduction, and production performance
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members through active engagement, observation, and feedback
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all maintenance activities
