Mechanical Maintenance

The Mechanic / Mech. Maintenance Operator must well know all parts of the machine, mechanical and hydraulic principles of the filling line, pneumatic systems, heating system & steam system. The mechanic will perform regular inspection and maintenance of the machine, must be familiar with the lubrication schedule and know the interval of the machine inspection, replacement of seals, small mechanical repairs that do not require part replacement.

Role & responsibilities

The mechanic for machine maintenance must be in the factory during production, the mechanic does not have to be directly present on the production line during filling of the shell, however in the event of a malfunction, he must be available to solve the problem.

The Mechanic shall perform preventive check of the screw filling line as well as all mechanical equipments installed in large calibre plant
