Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on the outskirts of Leeds.

Salary: £44,730 – inclusive of shift allowance 

Overtime: x 1.3 Weekdays X 1.5 Saturdays and x 2 Sunday.

    • Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will overall be responsible for effectively and safely repairing and maintaining production machinery/equipment promptly.

    Duties of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer include:

  • Ensuring all safety protocols are followed and carried out correctly (LOTO)
  • Root cause analysis/fault finding on a diverse range of electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Carrying out efficient, effective, and safe repairs to machinery/plant to maximise uptime
