Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing £47,500 - £53,500 per annum Shift Pattern: Panama (Days & Nights, avg. 42 hours per week) We're currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business close to Bournemouth, operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, fault-finding under pressure, and keeping production running efficiently. The Role: You'll be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across site.
