Mechanical Lead Engineer

The Mechanical Lead Engineer manages all engineering activities of a project related to Mechanical Design in order to ensure that relevant deliverables are in time, scope, quality and budget and adhere to established standards. The Mechanical Lead Engineer estimates and manages mechanical engineering-related project risks, owns the related planning and scheduling and acts as the point of contact for mechanical engineering. The Mechanical Lead Engineer functionally reports to the Project Manager in the respective projects or, if appointed, to a Project Lead Engineer.
