Trillium Construction is seeking a Mechanical Foreman local to Orlando, FL for a school renovation project!

Project Details:

• Starts ASAP

• Pay is $40/hr - No per diem

• Approximately 6-week project

• Schedule: 6x10’s (60 hours/week)

• Location: Orlando, FL

• School renovation project

Scope of Work:

• Oversee daily field operations for mechanical scope (HVAC ductwork and piping systems)

• Coordinate installation activities between sheet metal and piping crews

• Manage manpower, workflow, and job sequencing to maintain project schedule

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings (HVAC + piping)

• Coordinate with GC, site supervision, and other trades

• Ensure quality control, productivity, and jobsite safety compliance
