Responsibilities
- Monitoring the preventive maintenance program and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
- Planning, organizing, and adjusting the work of 18 mechanics based on operational priorities.
- Supervising, guiding, and assigning tasks to the team to optimize department performance.
- Tracking work progress and ensuring the quality of completed repairs.
- Performing final inspections of vehicles before returning them to service.
- Managing daily priorities and responding to mechanical emergencies.
- Overseeing parts, inventory, and work orders.
- Coaching, training, and supporting mechanics in their development.
- Collaborating with internal teams (dispatch, operations, human resources).
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Performing any other related duties.
