Role Overview This Engineer position will play a critical part in supporting the design, development, and manufacturing process. This role involves a deep understanding of mechanical and process piping design and the ability to create a complete design packages from concept to manufacturable drawings. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with the ability to quickly solve problems by leveraging their broad knowledge base and experienced critical thinking. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret P&IDs Breakdown of design requirements Capture and organize the documentation for a design package (Concept of Operations, Requirements, BOM, CAD Models/Drawing, Vendor Data, Analysis) Design of process piping and mechanical systems (Design Considerations: thermal expansion, ease of manufacturing, minimizing pressure drop) Sizing and Selection of tubing, piping, and associated components (Valve, Regulators, Relief Valves, Check Valves, Filters, Instrumentation) Cond...
