Job Title: Mechanical Estimator
Location: Essex
Salary: £75K - £80K + Package

The Role:

Preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects.

*

Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation to determine project scope.

*

Producing detailed take-offs for HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems.

*

Preparing competitive tender submissions and supporting documentation.

*

Working closely with Directors, Project Managers and Clients throughout the pre-construction phase.

*

Identifying value engineering opportunities and potential project risks.

*

Managing multiple tenders whilst ensuring deadlines are met.

*

Working on projects with values up to £2m.

*

Full-time office-based role.

*

Working hours of 08:00 – 16:30.
