**Mechanical Estimator / Project Manager – Pontiac, MI**
**Pay Range – $110,000 and up based on experience**
**Scope of Work:**
The Mechanical Estimator / Project Manager is responsible for estimating, coordinating, and managing mechanical construction projects from bid phase through project completion. This role works closely with customers, vendors, subcontractors, field personnel, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
