Job Description

Alcon seeks an Associate, Mechanical Equipment Engineering in Singapore to design and develop mechanical equipment and tools for manufacturing. You will conduct tests, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with Technology Transfer and Production Groups to ensure smooth operations.

A typical day includes SME support for backend equipment during 24/7 manufacturing, process oversight, equipment validation, CAPA, SOP updates, and GMP/HSE compliance.
