Role Summary

The Mechanical Engineer position will support the Engineering Manager and engineering team in activities such as mechanical design and drafting, product development, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product development and manufacturing activities
• Participate in design reviews by providing information and insight to designers and engineers
• Design 3D mechanical assemblies and fixtures using Solidworks
• Establish supply chains and purchase raw materials, components and processes
• Generate 2D mechanical drawings and engineering documents
• Analyze manufacturability, costing and lead times of electro‑mechanical systems
• Work together with the Engineering team, cross‑functional teams (Service, Manufacturing, Production) and suppliers to meet customer deliverables
