Mechanical Engineering Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing the mechanical application engineering team to ensure all design deliverables

meet technical, quality, and timeline requirements.

• Provide technical leadership in designing custom material handling and automation systems to meet

customer specifications.

• Review and approve conceptual designs, 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and related documentation.

• Drive design improvements and standardization initiatives across product lines.

• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Electrical, and Software teams to ensure complete system

integration.

• Support technical discussions and presentations with customers during pre-sales and post-sales phases.

• Manage resource planning, recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation of team members.
