Mechanical Engineering Draftsperson: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Draftsperson to become a part of our team! You will be required to perform a variety of engineering tasks, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Draft routine working sketches and layouts.
• Calculate basic engineering aspects of routine drafting problems like stress, sizing, and flexibility.
• Determine material and equipment selection and create estimates and specifications.
• Draft routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
• Create and revise CAD models and draw using computer hardware and software.
• Develop 2D drawings from 3D models or parts in AutoCad through common drafting standards.
• Update and revise 2D drawings on changes needed by Engineers and Designers.
