Senior Mechanical Engineer, are seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Washington, This leadership role offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects and collaborate with architects, contractors, and developers.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead mechanical design teams for various clients

  • Mentor and develop junior staff

  • Design and produce mechanical systems using Revit

  • Specify mechanical equipment (AHUs, chillers, compressors)

  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies

  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines

  • Ensure quality, cost, and schedule goals are met

  • Design systems to meet green building standards

  • Supervise mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineers

  • Participate in business development and internal QCQA efforts
