Senior Mechanical Engineer


An established employee-owned engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support and lead diverse MEP projects across Florida and nationwide.


Responsibilities:

  • Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering projects

  • Mentor junior engineering staff

  • Collaborate with clients and project teams

  • Support business development and client growth initiatives

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering

  • 8+ years of MEP design experience

  • Florida license required

  • Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam

  • Project management experience preferred
