Job Description

  • Position Objective
  • Lead the complete mechanical design of robotic cells for manufacturing lines, ensuring robust, safe, and optimized solutions in terms of manufacturability, ergonomics, operation, and cost. Serve as the technical reference for design, analysis, and standards, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
  • Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop fully integrated robotic cells using SolidWorks and CATIA (layouts, tooling, fixtures, structures, conveyors, automated and manual stations).
  • Create and review 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings with correct application of GD&T.
  • Perform validations through structural and modal analysis (FEM/FEA).
  • Select materials, mechanical components, pneumatic equipment, and commercial elements required for the project.
  • Define and review interfaces according to NAAMS standards.
