Key responsibilities:

• Responsible in facilities maintenance of mechanical system in a commercial building.
• Handling Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Fire Protection System, Medical Gas Pipeline System, Clean Room and Lift.
• Coordinating and supervising repair works done by internal staff and contractor.
• Supervise to ensure periodic maintenance, inspection and servicing of mechanical system and equipment such as is performed as scheduled.
• Provide technical advice and reports on any major repair works, upgrading and renovation works.
• Advice Superior and lead in the renewal of licenses / fees payment if any to relevant local authorities in a timely manner.
• Response to and resolve problems or complaints raised in a systematic manner with follow up correspondence and manual customer satisfaction surveys.
• Prepare and submit monthly report to the Management.
