JOB DESCRIPTION:
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Analyze & Interprets Mechanical Construction Plan
Prepares Quantity & Cost Estimate for Mechanical works;
Prepares a description and timeline of the project;
Knowledgeable in building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site;
Makes prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning construction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.S. Mechanical Engineering graduate
- With good English communication skills, oral and verbal
- Willing to be assigned within and outside Metro Manila
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD & MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- With Minimum of one (1) year Experienced in project management and construction supervision.
