Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

Supports the operational performance and reliability of mechanical equipment used in food manufacturing. This role is responsible for designing, improving, and maintaining machinery, mechanical systems, and utilities that support production—including motors, conveyors, compressors, boilers, HVAC, and packaging equipment. The Mechanical Engineer assists in developing preventive maintenance plans, conducting root-cause analysis on failures, and implementing technical improvements that increase equipment uptime and reduce operating costs. The position will participate in safety compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and documentation work while collaborating closely with production, QA, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations aligned with food safety standards.
