**Job Description:**
Support and/or complete medium to high level, complex engineering tasks/projects as assigned to meet business objectives and support product lines for the food service industry.
**Scope and Function:**
+ Conceive, plan, develop, & coordinate projects as an individual contributor or as a member of a cross-functional team.
+ Create and develop engineering project documentation, i.e. bill of materials, drawings, and specifications.
+ Develop prototypes and test plans; validate as required.
+ Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve engineering project issues.
+ Participate in or conduct design reviews and provide feedback, using the appropriate tools i.e. FMEA, field and lab testing
+ Research and provide the required product information to support sales, service, and marketing to satisfy customer needs
+ Define and execute VAVE projects as assigned
