Mechanical Engineer

In this role, the successful applicant will function as part of the on-site team to ensure timely and quality deliverables of services rendered by OCS to its Client. The successful applicant will function as the focal point accountable for Mechanical Systems that cover:

• Water-side equipment: Chillers, buffer tanks, chilled and condenser pumpsets, cooling towers, sand filtration units, CDU, reticulation network, electrical panels
• Air-side equipment: CRAH, CRAC, Dehumidifiers, PAHU, ACSU, ducting, electrical panels
• Mechanical Systems: Ventilation fans, make-up water system, rainwater and domestic water pumps, electrical panels
• Auxiliary components: Valves, dampers, strainers, etc

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

1) Comply with Client's process flows on PPM and Reactive Maintenance (RM)

2) Develop and/or review Method of Procedure (MOPs) document for equipment and/or systems for which PPM or RM is to be executed....
