Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer is primarily responsible for the operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of assigned machine/equipment in accordance to proper handling instructions by manufacturer.
Operates and troubleshoots machines according to manufacturer guidelines.
Reports breakdowns to the Assistant Production Manager, and inspecting raw materials before loading.
Monitors equipment performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and document downtime and repairs.
Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean work area at the end of each shift.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Mechatronics or any related course
Previous experience as a machine operator preferred.
Completion of relevant training and certifications.
Willingness to upgrade skills with new equipment.
