Purpose:
This role is critical for the efficient operation of CNC machines, potting machines, and other automated production lines that have been imported directly from Chinese manufacturers.Â

Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelorâs Degree / BTech / BEng in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 3â5 yearsâ post-qualification experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture, cabinetry, woodworking, or panel-processing industries.
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, or similar
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and technical reading/writing) to enable direct communication with Chinese OEM suppliers and effective interpretation of technical documentation advantageous
- Ability to read, interpret, and adapt Chinese technical documentation (manuals, electrical diagrams, PLC programs, etc).
- Ability to supervise and train 5 machine operators.
