Job Objectives:

• To provide responsible site operations and able to implement works in accordance to best practice.
• To ensure proper work execution in accordance with approved plans and technical specifications.
• Coordinate works with subcontractors and to Architectural & Civil.
• Monitor work progress, schedules and accomplishment of subcontractors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluates MPF Drawings and designed endorsed by the Designer.
• Monitor, Evaluate and Verifies the quality and productivity of all MPF works based on Plans and Technical Specifications.
• Prepares and submits necessary documents, drawings and reports that is necessary for the project.
• Coordinate with all contractors and issues related to MPF works.
• Maintains site coordination to all other trades.
