Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for cranes and lifting equipment

  • Produce detailed engineering drawings and specifications

  • Perform calculations related to load, stress, torque, and material selection

  • Support manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes

  • Collaborate with electrical, production, and quality teams

  • Assist with troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades on existing designs

  • Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and safety regulations

    • Minimum Requirements

  • BSc / BEng in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

  • 2–5+ years’ experience in mechanical design within a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with cranes, hoists, lifting equipment, or heavy machinery (advantageous)
