Mechanical Engineer

Work together with global team on customer escalated issues 

Identify issues, root causes and establish a plan to ensure the resolution of customer escalated issues in a timely manner

Design and conduct experiments using statistical tools and techniques to confirm root causes 

Evaluate new or existing designs to conform to product specifications

Determine and implement changes to enhance design or meet functional specifications

Work with various cross functional team such as Quality, Product, Process Engineer and supplier and follow up with respective team on the closure of each activity & ensure schedule is being met

Work with supply chain to obtain qualification slots for new design improvement evaluation, and follow-up through the completion of piece-part/ product qualification
