Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in mechanical Engineering
2 - 3 years experience working on workshop floor
strong mechanical maintenance and hands on experience Supervisory experience
Duties will include
Team Leadership: Managing, training, and mentoring artisans, technicians, and mechanics to ensure daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Hands-on Troubleshooting: Directly participating in diagnosing complex mechanical failures, assembling prototypes, and testing equipment alongside the team.
Maintenance Execution: Overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, minimizing equipment downtime, and ensuring machinery operates at peak performance.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforcing strict OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards and quality control protocols on the workshop floor.
