JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer / Technical Production Manager who will:

  • Manage and supervise the production team
  • Oversee day-to-day factory operations
  • Handle on-the-spot troubleshooting and technical issues
  • Ensure operators resolve issues correctly and follow standard operating procedures
  • Monitor production efficiency, quality, and safety standards
  • Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for smooth operations
