Mechanical Engineer ( Fire and Building Services)

Support the design of fire safety and compliance systems for building projects Assist with fire protection systems including sprinklers, smoke evacuation, and pressurisation systems Contribute to SANS deemed-to-satisfy and rational fire designs Participate in project coordination and technical documentation Attend client and site meetings, gaining exposure to real‑world project delivery Assist with tender documentation and project administration Minimum 3+ years’ experience in fire engineering within the building services environment Exposure to SANS fire compliance and fire safety design, sprinkler systems, smoke control, and firefighting equipment Strong report writing and technical communication skills Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office (Word and Excel) Eagerness to grow technically and professionally Own transport for meetings and site visits Qualification: BEng / BTech/NDip Mechanical Engineering
