CORE Construction Group is an internationalconstruction company specialized in fit-out and interior constructionprojects, delivering retail and commercial developments across multiplecountries.

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Cost Estimator to strengthen our pre-construction and costmanagement team, supporting international fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projects
  • Analysis of mechanical scope (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection)
  • Review of drawings, specifications, and BOQs
  • Quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
  • Request and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier offers
  • Comparison of offers and value engineering proposals
  • Cost coordination with Project Managers and Site Teams
  • Support during tendering, budgeting, and change order pricing
  • Monitoring cost deviations during project execution (cost support role)
