  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience with proven technical leadership
  • Recognised subject matter expert in your discipline — e.g., structural mechanics
  • Strong familiarity with defence and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, IEC, ISO)
  • MS Office (Proficient)
  • MATLAB / Python / FEKO / HFSS / CST / Similar simulation and analysis tools (Beneficial)
