Role Description

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Mechanical Engineer will play a key role in the design, development, and documentation of Inland’s specialized industrial equipment. This includes supporting the development of both mechanical sub-systems and associated PLC-based control systems used in distillation plants, glycol concentrators, glycol distribution systems, and pre-/post- treatment systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams through all project phases from concept and detailed design to manufacturing and site implementation.



This is a hands-on, hybrid role suited for a technically experienced and innovative engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that contribute to Inland’s operational excellence, all while supporting field operations with expert-level technical troubleshooting and documentation.
