Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage assigned mechanical systems and project packages from design through to handover.
• Coordinate with client teams, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review and interpret design/IFC documentation, managing BIM coordination, RFIs, and technical queries to maintain programme alignment.
• Oversee site safety and QA processes, including setup and close-out of Safety and QA files.
• Manage subcontractors, direct labour, materials, plant, procurement, variations, and valuations.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with specifications, QA plans, and project schedule.
