You as a “M&E Project Manager ” will be:

  • Plan the Mechanical, Electrical and Information Technology Scopes of work of a construction project and prepare a construction schedule in conjunction with the Project Team Members

  • Prepare / Evaluate regular, timely and accurate billings for the mechanical and electrical subcontractor components of the project.

  • Monitor in conjunction with the Superintendent, a project’s material and labour costs for Mechanical and Electrical components and assure accurate reporting is being conducted

  • Review Mechanical and Electrical changes received from the Consultants to ensure they are complete and up to standards and review subcontractor prices on these changes

  • Provide expert advice and proactively report on delivery and performance, utilizing available tools and information while maintaining detailed, accurate and up to date reco...
