A leading construction team is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Project Coordinator to support a large, complex institutional project . This role focuses specifically on the mechanical and electrical scopes , supporting planning, coordination, execution, and closeout.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be a key part of a collaborative team, ensuring seamless integration of M&E systems from early coordination through commissioning and turnover.
The Role
- Support planning and coordination of on-site M&E activities
- Maintain and update M&E schedules
- Manage RFIs, shop drawings, change documentation, and closeout materials
- Assist with review of monthly M&E progress draws
- Prepare M&E change orders and track CCNs/SIs
