We’re Hiring | Mechanical Design Engineer (Sugar Industry)
MG Enterprises is looking to hire a Mechanical Designer / Draftsman with strong AutoCAD proficiency and hands-on exposure to Sugar Boiling House Equipment .
We are not just looking for a CAD operator — we need someone who understands process equipment and can work with real industrial drawings.
Role Overview:
• Reverse engineering of existing boiling house equipment
• Preparation of GA drawings & detailed fabrication drawings
• Modification and optimization of legacy equipment
• Coordination with fabrication and site teams
Equipment Exposure Required:
• Calandrias (Kestner / Semi Kestner / Juice Heater)
• Vacuum Pans
• Crystallisers
• Evaporators
• Rotary Screens
• Related boiling house equipment
Skills Required:
✔ Strong command over AutoCAD (2D drafting mandatory)
✔ Ability to understand fabrication drawings
✔ Knowledge of sugar process equipment preferred
