What You’ll Be Doing
Supervise project execution from a technical standpoint to ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and cost goals. Guide and support teams, emphasizing excellence and fostering positive stakeholder relationships built on trust, integrity, and respect. Manage department capacity to support revenue targets with the use of employees, resource sharing with other SAI business units and hiring contractors during surge times. Oversee work assignments, conduct performance assessments, administer rewards, and discipline, and manage conflict resolution.
