Job Description
Requirements and Qualifications:
- BE/B-Tech - Mechanical.
- Experience minimum15-20 years in design development, and management / SPMs / Sheet-metal and Structural Fabrication field.
- Should able to lead a team for electro-mechanical product design.
- Well verse with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., Auto CAD, Pro-E, CREO, Solid Works or other).
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Hands On experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools.
- Possesses strong knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Lean Design methodologies to optimize product development and production efficiency.
- Expert in Mathematical computing and analytical tools.
- Good Creativity and Strong analytical skills.
