• Deliver product design & assemblies to production on time, cost and to specification (functionality, reliability, safety & performance) helping the business accomplish its goals.

• Perform optical, illumination, and light‑path simulation, enabling early prediction and optimization of lightguide and lightpipe performance, improving uniformity, reducing leakage, and accelerating design convergence before tooling.

• Develops and implements parameters and test plans for new and existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability & acoustics.

• Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
