Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-pressure valves, hydraulic power packs, and mechanised industrial equipment.
• Develop new products while providing engineering support and improvements for existing equipment.
• Manage projects throughout the full product lifecycle, including conceptual design, detailed engineering, manufacturing support, testing, and field trials.
• Conduct site visits, including underground operations, as required to support product development and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support to production teams on engineering-related matters.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation.
• Review, check, and approve engineering drawings and bills of materials prepared by the design team.
