Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Objectives

• Provide automated equipment mechanical design from concept to manufacturing.
• Provide technical guidance on the precision parts, motions, structure and thermal management.
• Provide technical guidance on the material selection.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Marketing to develop specifications for new product development.
• Design and fabricate prototypes i.e. mechanical enclosure and evaluate the performance of the prototype.
• Interact with customers in new product trials.
• Proactive in identifying design and technical challenges in early design stage.
• Create new, innovative and creative idea to solve technical challenges in Analog design

Requirements

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in automated equipment design environment.
