Job Description
- To design a cooling system to control and regulate the temperature of a device or system by managing the heat
- To perform thermal analysis by using Ansys simulation tool
- Utilize 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed mechanical models and technical drawings
- Ensure designs meet functionality, durability, and manufacturability requirements
- Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturing) & DFA (Design for Assembly) principles to optimize designs
- Work with the manufacturing team to develop and test prototypes
- Collaborate with electrical, software and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure design feasibility and cost optimization
