Mechanical Construction Manager

PE Global Recruitment are currently working with a leading Data Centre Construction company to recruit multiple Mechanical Construction Managers to join the team in Helsinki.

These are full time, permanent roles, which will offer rotation packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain effective communication with the client and wider project stakeholders.
• Prepare and implement method statements and risk assessments for mechanical construction activities, ensuring all HVAC deliverables are completed in line with project, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the project team to sequence mechanical installations , including pipework, to meet programme milestones and scheduled dates.
• Manage the project commercially from handover from estimating through to technical procurement of equipment, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers.
