Mechanical Construction Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to support our client's Data Centre project located in Helsinki, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage communication with the client
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities and ensure HVAC work meets project and safety requirements
• Coordinate with the project team to schedule pipework installation according to the project timeline
• Review the project at handover, manage procurement of equipment and subcontractors, and oversee technical purchasing
• Assist in documenting and pricing scope changes and preparing monthly valuations and final accounts
• Support the project schedule, including preparing a two-week look-ahead plan with the project team
