Responsibilities
Act as the Mechanical Construction Lead for all mechanical construction activities on a large-scale data center project. Monitor and report on the contractor’s execution of mechanical systems—including piping, HVAC, and BMS—to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Monitor contractor’s execution of mechanical works against approved design, specifications, and project schedule. Verify adherence to client requirements, local regulations, and HSE standards. Review and comment on technical submittals, RFIs, and method statements for compliance and constructability. Participate in design reviews and ensure alignment with site conditions and project objectives. Coordinate with other discipline leads (civil, electrical, architectural) to manage interfaces and avoid scope gaps.
